Whether you're a designer, freelance copywriter, or CEO of a tech start-up, we all have those moments when the walls seem to be closing in on us, especially when you work from home. Fortunately, there is no lack of (temporary) office space in Eindhoven! So, do you also feel the need for a place where you can continue typing undisturbed and, most importantly, where you can sip on your office coffee? Working becomes a pleasure at these office spaces and flex desks.

PLAN-B

Artists, designers, start-ups. PLAN-B on the Hurk presents itself as a space for creative entrepreneurs. We say space, but they prefer to call it an open house. So you are very welcome! The advantages of renting a PLAN unit: the prices are all-inclusive, so there is no hassle with energy and internet, there are office spaces in all sizes, and above all, you are never stuck with a long-term lease. Sounds like a plan to us!

Apparatenfabriek

Who wouldn't want to work a Strijp-S? The place where Philips pretty much invented business bustle. Let us take you through the options, of which Apparatenfabriek is just one. The building has six floors of office space, ranging from 16 to 250 square meters, handy if you need somewhere to put your team as well. Highly recommended: hiring an office on the seventh floor; a shared space, roof terrace, and air conditioning are included.

Microlab

Renting an office space sounds like a big step. Does the thought of it make you break out in a cold sweat? Then perhaps a flex desk is more your thing. Microlab, a coworking space for creative people and innovators at Strijp-S, offers both. You can try it out first, with free coffee by your side. 

VideoLab (Office-S)

Another great office is VideoLab on the Torenallee. As the birthplace of the very first DVD and Blu-ray player, invented by none other than Philips, there is an ingenious atmosphere. At least, that's what we like to think. Flex spot, studio, or office space, there are plenty of options, and they all have lightning-fast internet. 

Brainport Industries Campus (BIC)

Are you or would you like to be part of the future of high-tech manufacturing? Then the BIC, Brainport Industries Campus, is the place to be. You don't just rent a workplace here for the space, but for the community. The higher goal: entrepreneurship, innovation, and working together.

Strijp-T

Would you like to rent at Strijp-T? Then the possibilities are endless. So it is best to get in touch. What we can tell you is the range of facilities. You will find a gym, lunchroom, a spot for ping-pong and table football, a petanque court with a view. Last but not least, you will have access to the shared cars of Amber, one of the tenants on the site.

KICK Offices

The Rolls Royce of office spaces, KICK Offices has managed to establish itself at only the best spots in Eindhoven: VideoLab, MELT Strijp-T, Philips Stadium, Innovation Powerhouse. The difference lies in the interior, Friday afternoon drinks, and the fact that you never have to vacuum. Back to the offices, because there's a lot available. Maybe you just need a meeting room for an external meeting, or you want to change things up with a different view. That's possible at Seats2meet! From Monday to Friday, you can rent a workspace. You rent per time, you can cancel or change your appointment for free, and a plus: you are not tied to any contracts. Be sure to book lunch as well; it's delicious and made with local produce.

High Tech Campus

Did you know that the most intelligent square kilometer of Europe is in Eindhoven? At the High Tech Campus, to be exact. This is where big tech giants like ASML, NXP, and Philips work on the future every day. You, too, can be part of this ecosystem. The first step is to rent a business space, office or lab here.

Strijp CS

Are you new to the workfield or want to start your own business? Strijp CS knows how you feel. They rent out monthly terminable workplaces to freelancers and startups. Besides a comfortable spot, you also get a bunch of new colleagues. A win-win situation. Tip: try it out for a day first! 

Klokgebouw

You may know the Klokgebouw from the Maker Faire, Dutch Design Week, and all sorts of parties and festivals. But it's more than just an event location. Would you like to work in an office with an industrial look in the city's creative heart, better known as Strijp-S? Then get in touch. The lunch options in the area alone (Miss Temaki, Tea Stories, WaffelinQ!) make you want to work here.

Also located in the Klokgebouw: Founded By All. If you want to grow at the cutting edge of design and technology, it's the place to be. This creative business hub offers more than just workplaces.
